How many employees at your job have been arrested for serious felony offenses? The number is probably far less than the number of Joe Chapman's jailers arrested for the same. Joe claims that he runs one of the "most professional jails" in the State of Georgia, which doesn't square with the number of his jailers arrested and prosecuted.


Shouldn't we expect individuals in law enforcement to be more upstanding than the average citizen? Why aren't Joe's hires meeting that standard? WALTON DESERVES BETTER.
